Feats:

- Before becoming The Rider was a skilled racer taking the lead in a street race right before his death
- When he was revived by Eli Morrow took out most of his attackers right away only a few getting away
-- Attackers were hired paramilitary cartel geared out in military grade equipment
- Fought a crew of street punks killing them all including one that had taking a pill filled with Mr. Hydes Formula
-- Afterwards defeated Mr Hyde himself  and becomes a protector in the eyes of local residents
- Used powers to become an all star street racer
-- Did so so he could make more money and spend more time with his brother
- Fought off and slaughtered Mr Hyde's gang which included altered animals larger then Robbie
-- Said gang was a combined force of various gangs all with the same idea of stopping Robbie along with the gift of one of Hyde's pills
- Saved his brother from Eli's control that turned him into a demonic monster
- Managed to kill Yegor Ivanov saving  his brother and permanently binding his soul to Eli's
- Held his own and did pretty well in a fight with Johnny Blaze the original Ghost Rider
- Despite not being a host to Zarathos Johnny still let's Robbie into the Ghost Rider "Family"
- In the Ghost Races was constantly said to be the racer to beat winning several races in his time
- On Battleworld was the only Ghost Rider to regain control over himself and escape the Ghost Races
-- During this time fought and even won in fights against other Ghost Riders including Alejandra
-- Confronted Zadkiel in this time and dealt a crushing blow to him, more on this later
- Fought and killed Krampus saving Christmas in LA
- Defeated Starbrand a avenger level threat by himself
-- The avengers dog piling him didn't manage to even hurt him

Bio:

Robbie Reyes was a young mechanic working in Los Angeles, California. The neighborhood he lived in was plagued with gangs and corruption, making life difficult for him and his brother, Gabe, who looked up to him as a hero. Eager to move to a safer neighborhood, Robbie entered a street race to earn fifty thousand dollars.

Unbeknownst to him, the car he used was inhabited by a ghost. As he was taking the lead, however, he was followed by whom he assumed to be the police. Worried about what would happen to Gabe without him, Robbie tried to escape, but inadvertently drove into a dead end. He left his car and attempted to explain himself to his pursuers, only for them to violently open fire upon him, killing him.

But this wasn't the end for Robbie for the ghost in the possessed Robbie, transforming him into the all new Ghost Rider!

Physicality:

-- On his own is able to break a guys nose
-- Crushes a man's hand and the gun he's holding with ease

-- A single punch launches a man through a windshield
-- Throws down with several gang members that were enhanced by Hyde's pills
--- Said thugs could lift and toss cars around like they were nothing and make large craters in the ground with their strikes
-- Slammed Mr. Hyde into the ground causing the pavement all around to crack and bend under the strike
-- Strikes are able to shatter pavement and concrete leaving behind large craters
-- Launches a man several dozen feet over three story buildings with a single strike
-- Can lift and swing around a steel girder like it was a baseball bat
-- Swung his chain hard enough to rip several Venom clones wide open
-- Able to trade blows with a Johnny controlled Ghost Rider
-- Traded blows with The Totally Awesome Hulk
-- Traded blows with Starbrand

-- Able to block bullets fired at point blank range
-- Able to blitz multiple goons at the same time
-- Knocked away a group of men just by running into them
-- Smacked a missile in mid flight

Powers and Equipment:

- Hellfire manipulation

-- Doesn't have direct control over Hellfire like other Rider's but it still forms and leaps from him causing collateral damage
--- Is still able to aim and blast hellfire from his hands
-- Hellfire has the abilite to burn the soul as well as the body
-- Becomes more powerful the more he gives in to is rage
--- Hellfire is able to blast from his mouth if he gets angry enough
--- Will also cause nearby objects to explode into hellfire

- Shadow-shifting/Teleportation/Hellfire Portals

-- Able to walk through shadows like their portals
--- Usually does this to reach his car
--- In fact seems to be able to do this from any position
-- Also able to do this with his car to transport people wherever he wants
-- Is able to transport himself short distances in a flash of electricity
-- Can open Hellfire Portals used for long range transportation
--- Doesn't always know where they lead mostly using them to escape or put make some distance

- Eternal Damnation

-- Robbie's answer to the Penance Stare
-- Chains are summoned to drag the foulest, darkest degenerate souls to walk the Earth to hell in both body and spirit

- Soul Eating

-- Is able to rip the soul of his foes through their mouth effectively putting them out of commission/killing them
-- Powerful enough to work on even Archangels such as Zadkiel

- Chains

-- Has the ability to summons chains that he regularly uses in his fights
-- Are virtually indestructible and are of infinite length
-- Based on how he feels may or may not be coated in hellfire
-- Able to cut through cars
-- Able to summon them on a whim
-- Fallow his unspoken commands being able to follow and wrap around distance foes
-- Ends of the chain vary between hooked flails, knives, crowbars, or ball-ping hammers

- The Hell Charger

-- Robbie's vehicle of choice and possibly his greatest weapon
--- Is originally a 1969 Dodge Charger
-- Is completely bullet proof not even getting so much as a ding from gunfire
-- When blasted by an RPG simply flipped up into the air before landing back on it's wheels and kept driving without losing momentum
-- Rams through other vehicles like a knife through butter
-- Slammed a Ghost Rider's Elephant (yes it's a thing) out of it's way like it was weightless
-- Rammed through a Sentinel with out slowing down
--- Also possibly shows the fact his car is capable of flight
-- Is capable of moving underwater and solid rock
--- Drove it to the center of the planet
-- In the Ghost Races outspead most if not all of the other Riders
-- Is able to fire blasts of hellfire from it
-- Responds to his commands and can act as a remote battering ram
-- Is able to phase through letting get behind the wheel in a instant
--- Alternatively is able to phaze through him to have it ram foes around him
--- Can also phase through other vehicles and buildings

The Spirit of Eli Marrow:

- Unlike other true Riders Robbies bonding with Eli, a devoted Satanist Serial Kill and his uncle, is what made him what he is
- Is able to help Robbie in a fight on his own even while Robbie is still in control such creating hellfire portals

-- Is also able to posses other vehicles and Robbie's own Hell Charger
-- Switched teleported Gabe from Zadkiel's grasp and put Robbie there instead
-- Teleported Gabe, Robbie, and The Hell Charger out of a Ghost T-Rex's jaws

- Is Robbie should find himself unconscious or over taken by negative emotions Eli can and will take control giving The Rider a massive power boost as well as access to the soul eating ability

-- This is similar to if Zarathos takes control but the result is less powerful then a Zarathos Possesed Ghost Rider
--- Still powerful enough to go toe to toe with the way more experienced Johnny Blaze

Penance Stare:

- Has finally shown the ability to use the famed and dreaded Penance Stare
- The attack forces the target to relive all the pain and sins they've committed through out their entire life

-- Those who are especially evil will straight up be killed by it

- Is unknown if he can use it to the same effect as a true Ghost Rider

-- I.E. attack multiple people, read minds, control people's thought, etc...

Weaknesses:

- Isn't excatly a Ghost Rider and while having his own abilities is missing some others
-- Such as not showing a healing factor so far
- While Robbie has high Penance Stare resistance Eli doesn't and in fact Johnny said he has one of the most twisted souls he'd ever seen in a mortal
- Robbie is constantly fighting Eli's influence to become a psychopathic killer
-- Even then Eli can realize when it's more helpful to work together
- Is extremely protective over his little brother Gabe and will put himself in a no win situation to keep him safe
-- This is how Eli was able to permanently bond his soul to Robbie's
